In fact, technology is everywhere, and recently it affects business operation. For example, the employees willing to accept the intelligent robots because a lot of work can be done by robot technology, it also makes their job more efficient and takes away the dirty, dull, danger and boring part of the operations, In addition, used this kind of robot can achieve 40 percent increase in efficiency (Armitage 2012). In this case, business owners and managers used technology to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their business operations, which often results in an increase in production output or productivity, then this occurs because employees can complete more tasks and activities when their use technology; in addition, it also reduces the waste of resources, enhance the investment returns. Also in case of the small robot, which can help pharmacist dispenses medications on a doctor’s prescription (Jean 2011); and the robot technology improved packing accuracy while saving time and money, reduces the risk of errors. In other words, technology is more cost effective and more efficient than humans and it could replace people do their jobs; furthermore, the robots, will soon be working in the company doing the boring, complex and unpleasant jobs which are at present still done by human. As a result, people will have more time and space to do many things what they want. Then the development of science and technology has brought about many changes in people’s life, also make a positive impact on the business operation.
