PREFACE
The purpose of this report is to explain our experience, learning and accomplishment as part of our Social internship program at Khushboo Welfare Society, Gurgaon.
The report is also a requirement for the fulfillment of "We Care" NGO internship programme which is an integral part of the 2 year Full Time MBA course at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
It is the responsibility of every corporate to contribute to the society in which they operate. With this intention, we as the emerging business leaders have taken our first step forward in contributing towards community development. The report covers the various projects that we have undertaken as part of Khushboo Welfare Society towards the disabled section of our society.
The report focuses primarily on the assignments handled, working environment, successes and shortcomings that as interns we encountered while handling various tasks assigned to us by our project mentor. The project we accomplished includes handling stocks, participating in an outbound program, training the staff and special educators to be able to use technology gadgets while handling specially abled children.
