1. What are the dimensions of cultural diversity?

The dimensions of cultural diversity are what make up the specific group being referenced at the time of the conversation as being compared to another specific group of people that may exist in the same space or area. We as a people come from different backgrounds that span different places around the globe. Whether individuals are born outside of the United States and bring their culture with them or if the same individuals already exist in these same United States diversity would consist in the way in which individuals conduct their day to day living. This would be in the form of dress, food, religion, work ethic, and other factors that would differentiate specific individuals from what the locals would consider the norm. Anything basically that would defer from what other individuals outside of the specific culture would look at and see unlikely similarities would actual create diversity within itself.

2. With what ethnic, cultural, or other groups do you identify? Describe what members of your social circle have in common.

Individuals from my social circle find that we like the same types of food, clothing, cars, relationships and more often than not a specific outlook on life as a whole. When I included the Latino Americans into this same dialogue it was to display that even though we may be separated by a street or the east/ west dimension of a given location we still develop a relationship with one another when we find we have like things in common.

3. What is the difference between diversity and inclusion?

Diversity would be defined as the differences that exist within an organization that would make up a specific group of people that would be a part of the same organization. This would include but would not be limited to the way people work together, eat together and play together while maintaining their own individuality based upon their own ethnic backgrounds without compromising their specific cultural or social background. Inclusion would be to take the same group of individuals and bring them together as a whole
