current literature and articles available online and written by experienced scholars in
Human Resource management.
The major findings indicate that while Google is quite innovative in its recruitment and
performance appraisal, yet there are some areas which will need extra attention. Google
will need to update its recruitment function further and concentrate on areas like
personalized recruitment, job prioritization etc. Apart from this Google will need to ay
attention to the development of targeted hiring programs as well on the use of real time
matrices for decision making during recruitment. Moreover, there is also a need to

it in direction of facilitating decision making.
