Introduction:
Along period of time were people dealing with data, they learned how to organize and process their data to make the works easier and smoother. Also to make sure they will get the maximum benefits of the data without confusing and conflicting with other smeller data.
The term database refers to the collected data, if this data is organized and structured in an orderly way, for processing by a computer system. The database may be contain a small size of data for a small business or could be a large size. (Hoffer, Perscott and Topi 2010).
In this Research I will talk about Database Administration and the roles of the database administrator which consist of three parts, each part has specific function. The roles of database administrator are: maintenance of production databases which means that the DBA should deal with the problems that may occur before the compliance, also planning, designing and developing the database new applications should be one of the most consideration by the administrator of the database. The third role of DBA is observing the changes of existing application. (Computer Weekly 2013)
The availability is a big consideration in the world of computing, I will mention how the administrators of the database could provide the availability for the users of the data, including clustering and load balancing to ensure the high availability of the database. Also in this research I will write about the clouding database and how we can connect the cloud database.
