1. Introduction

We plan the incentive tour to Japan for our company employees.

1. Meeting lines

Lin(Chair): Okay, let’s discuss the incentive tour. First, Miss Wang, can you tell us the conclusion of the survey?

Wang(Interviewer): Yes, Miss Lin. Here is the result of survey. First, our employees want to go Japan, especially Kansai such as Osaka., Nara and Kyoto, and they hope they have a fifth day trip. The date that most of employees hope is from 4/1 to 4/5.

And there are 30 employees will join this tour. About the budget, most of employees think 40000 dollars is acceptable. But for we have the bonus that boss gave us, each people can use 45000 dollars for 5 days.  

Lin(Chair): So, we will go to Japan at April 1st, spend five days there, and we will visit Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. Also, about 30 people will join the tour, and the budget will be 45000 Taiwan dollars. Right, Miss Wang?

Wang: Yes

Lin(Chair): Okay, let’s move to the next part.

Lin(Chair): Let’s discuss about the itinerary. Miss Sun, please.

On the first day, after we going off the airplane at evening  , the first stop we’ll go is osaka castle, and at night , we’ll finish our awesome first day after seeing  amazing night scenes in 梅田 hanging garden .
