Complete the following matrix. For each communication method, list its purpose in the workplace, whether it is a technical or expository form of written communication, and why you classified it as such.

Website Internally businesses utilize for tracking and documenting service status. Both Can be used to provide technical informative information to customers and also expository information for the workers useful for analyzing and explaining business related information.

Instant Messaging Used to send instant direct written messages from employee to employee Expository A somewhat informal quick messaging service used to send informative messages to staff.
