SUBJECT: SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY STATEMENT
COMPANY XXX's management is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and healthful working environment. No activity is so important or time critical that it cannot be done safely. To achieve our safety goal of zero accidents, we have implemented a comprehensive Safety Program. This Program is designed to prevent work place accidents, injuries, and illness and to manage safety risks of the operation to a level as low as reasonably achievable. The details of the Program are contained in the document entitled COMPANY XXX, a copy of which is maintained on file in the office and is available for your review.
The success of any safety program depends on the safety consciousness and cooperation of everyone in the organization. Employees at all levels are expected to assist in the prevention of work place accidents and injuries. It is the duty of each employee to support and adhere to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations and COMPANY XXX company procedures regarding workplace safety, health, and security. Any injury that occurs on the job must be reported immediately to a supervisor.
Remember, our measurable goal is zero accidents. Zero accidents' definition: no accidents, no injuries, and no adverse publicity as a result of any activity related to the provision of air transportation.
