Outsourcing has been of regular use from organizations now days. It is an integral, important part of an organization’s daily routine. Outsourcing things to other companies can both have its advantages and disadvantages, however, outsourcing may not be a solution to every organization’s need. Outsourcing is when an organization hires an external company to deal with a certain function of an organization, When it does it usually mean that both organizations intertwine and will be in exchange of both services and payments. In this paper I will be going over:

• Use of a service provider doing information systems applications
• Human Resources
• Sales
• Inventory
• Vendor- Tech. Support
• Vendor- Network Support
My paper will also go over different risk strategies of each situation.
One of the most popular outsourcing amongst organization’s is data storage. It is a very good way an organization can take advantage of today’s technology and also to manage other aspects of their organization simultaneously. Data storage providers also make the transition very easy and pain-free, making it a very useful and handy.
