The aim of this research is to examine how to manage employees during a change in the management. The company’s revenue had taken a dipped while other employment agencies have been increasing revenue. After careful investigation, the findings indicate that issues are related to employees unable to cope up with the change. The employees in the main branch of Kelly Services shows attitude of low motivation and less driven for sales. The team agreed that discussion with line manager will allow recognizing of the issues as to what and why the employees has been under performance as compare with other agencies. It is due to the fact of many changes in the management that causes employees to underperform.
