Background information
Our company, 7-shop, opened its first store in Hong Kong in 1981. The 24-hour operating hours and easy-to-reach locations provide fast and convenient services to customers. We have more than a thousand convenient stores locating in every district, being one of the largest convenience store team in Hong Kong. Providing various and fast services to customers, not only selling daily necessities, food and drinks but also offers, Octopus top-up and payment service, bill payment service, a sale of stamps, top-up cards, telephone cards, online game cards, a mobile charging service and fax services. We are currently using the information system includes Just in time inventory system, point of sale system, MIS and DSS that the system quality control, computer system for processing orders, automated storage, zed Computerized control system, d equipment to maintain the insurance system, Administration and Management Planning and e-mail system, the automated trip planning, human resources, workforce planning system, technology systems, computer aided design, purchasing computer control system. Despite our greatest efforts, we cannot gain competitive advantages if we do not catch up the rising trend of mobile payment.
