Saks Fifth Avenue store ambiance is, as expected, luxurious, pleasant atmosphere. The store interior is stylish, modern, sales associates look professional, kind, polite. All the top brands have their separate islands and qualified representatives. However there is a separate island with all the available fragrance in one place. Other buyers in the department were mostly middle age, wealthy looking people, wearing classic apparel.
By the Chanel Island I was greeted by middle age, attractive male Chanel Sales Associate. He looked very professional, was wearing black suit. First of all sales representative found out what are my needs and wants, what kind of fragrance do I like. He offered and presented the newest Chanel Fragrance product Chanel Chance Eau Tendre as it was the best suiting my taste. Sales Associate gave me all the information regarding the product; such as ingredients of the perfume, date it was launched, available sizes and prices. He kindly gave me a sample of fragrance. Also I was showered with compliments. All the Chanel product lines were available in the store.

She was also wearing professional apparel, find out my needs and what kinds of fragrance do I like. She was very polite, helpful, knew the products very well. She offered and presented me the newest products of several brands. It is important to point out that none of them were premiums advertised in the Saks Fifth Avenue web page or in the ads in the store. However she did not have any samples of the products I liked.
