Agile Burndown Chart-
A burndown chart defines a graphical representation of ‘work remaining’ against time left to complete the work. Agile burndown chart is a burndown chart with iterations in it. (Iterations in project management defines a set period of time) (joel, 2017)
An agile burndown chart is used to predict when the work will be done. It is a graphical chart used that can be used for any project which can be measured through progress over time. It is mostly used in software developing methodologies. Scrum, is an example of a software developing methodology. (joel, 2017)
An agile burndown chart shows the up to date status of the project. It acts as a motivational factor as the whole team can see the progress of the project in a single report. It is also useful as agile methodology allows us to make changes at iterations without damaging the progress of the progress. (alliance, 2016)
