Best Way to Motivate High School Students

In order to motivate a child you must reinforce with positive thinking not negative. Motivation to me is the act of helping a person wanting to do something. We as children and student have certain people that we come in contact with that makes us want to learn (these people motivate us).
There are so many alternatives that can take a child attention now days. Trying to motivate a child or student to focus and perform to their highest pretension can be difficult. Teachers, Mentors, Student participation, and learning visual can be the key to a successful student and a successful person (teach.org).
These skills and motivations can help students to accomplish their goals in life as an individual. An academic start and outside experiences that teachers bring into the classroom can help motivate a child in school. The active involvement of students in their own learning environment is a key to learning. If they feel needed they love it. We can encourage our students that they can do whatever they put their mind to (starpoynt).
Teachers teach because they want others to learn, want to help them be produced people, and they know that education is the key for them to get out of their situation and become a better person. Education can help them become or get whatever in life they may want, it prepares them for the real world. Teachers teach to support and motivate our children; they give back what was given to them at one point and time in life (teachercertification.org).
Teacher’s motivation can be both intentionally and unintentionally in helping students to learn and make their achievement. Personal and situational interests are two of the most important parts of learning for a student. Personal interest is what an individual want another person to learn. Situational interest can be the exposure they had to specific experiences (2014, ebscohost.com).
