  1. My personality type in Myers-Briggs personality test is ESFJ which says I am a friendly, outgoing, reliable, conscientious, organized, practical personal. Seeking to be helpful and please others, enjoy being active and productive.
  2. After I did the Big 5 Personality test, the data tells me that I get 35 points in Extraversion; 42 in Agreeableness; 31 in blue for conscientiousness; 39 for neuroticism; 37 for openness.

When I reading the explanation of Big 5 personality test, I find that I am the person who has a lot of energy and enjoy most social situations. I am also a type of very friendly, cooperative person, which actually matches the high score in Extraversion. In conscientiousness I get the average score, which suggests I am sometimes be easily distracted. One thing in this test actually interests me is that I have very high score in Neuroticism, which suggests I am a emotional person. The test is really surprising me by doing fifty questions and it can score you by 5 categories. I find that the Big 5 personality test is different from Myers-Briggs personality test. Big 5 personality test is asking you to finish a list of questions and the test will summarize your scores for each part to provide you explanations of what type of person you are. However, in Myers-Briggs personality test, it asks you, yourself, to find out what type of person you are, which is based on personal understanding. This actually makes me interested in the result from each test.

Two tests give me an image of what type of person I am and this image really helps me to develop any of weakness in my mind. For example, these tests show me I am an emotional person. It lets me know when I get mad on something or feel sad on something I should know to control my emotion a little bit. Be emotional is negative to a person who work in management field. People in management field should know how to communicate with others and how to encourage workers better.

Based on these two personality tests, I think the topic is relating to how a person’s personality will influence their behaviors. Also, the topic may relates to the specific position in the organization demand specific personality of the person.
