Personality Assignment

BOH4M ā€“ UNIT 2

Shaf Aminath / Period 1

  1. My True Color Description

Blue is definitely the color that best fits my personality. The reason why my true color is blue is because I value compassion and kindness above other aspects. I like to take care of people and helping them with whatever difficulties that they may be having in life. I also like to spend time alone and be by myself because it is something that I value a lot. I need a lot of positivity in my life and generally need to feel like I am helping someone. This also contributes to my weakness as I often tend to see the best in people and am too trusting. However, I can almost always trust my gut to be right and my intuition almost never lets me down. Therefore, despite my trusting nature, Iā€™m usually right about people and can judge what they might be up to beforehand. I am glad that my true color fits in the blue category because I like that I am a dependable, caring and somewhat optimistic person. My dream in life is to help as many people as I can before my time runs out and I honestly consider these characteristics of mine as my biggest strengths.

  1. How will I use my True Colors as a Leader?

According to the description of a person that fits into the blue category, that person is a born leader with beliefs to lead by example. This is a leader who is quiet rather than being loud and shows what needs to be done rather than ordering other people around. This characteristic about blue leaders is certainly very appealing and I would love to be associated in a positive way of leading such as this. Gold leaders are the most hardworking leaders and are considered the backbone of the organizations that they work or lead. They are driven and focused and provides stability to their organizations. A good leader must definitely be hardworking and able to provide stability to the organization and the people part of the organization. I support the gold leaders for their drive and focus and aspire to be like them. The type of leaders with the brilliant mind to start a new project or in other words the brains behind the good ideas are definitely the green leaders. They are smart and crave intelligence and challenges at every turn. They usually create all the projects and help run it, and after everything is up and running they start new and exciting projects. Natural performers or restless and fast pace leaders are the orange leaders. They always feel the need to constantly be working and they need to be actively involved in the project mentally and physically. Routine bores them and they opt for challenges that allows them their independence and allows them to work as freely as they want. I support all these aspects of the different colors for a leader and in my opinion to be the best leader ever, one needs to acquire all of these traits.
