There we assessing the strength, weakness, threat and opportunity to establish of good decision making for best marketing practices. if we are fail the SWOT analysis that leads us the  fail of marketing plan and practices in the environmental scanning process SWOT analysing in the leading place.

Here we have to scene the Castrol marketing there the strength of the Castrol marketing is availability of the oil for all type of o engines. it’s effect of market share of the oil demand that most consumers in the market will attract to buy the Castrol oil. also the organization establish the strategy of partnership with the consumers. it’s lead  the consumer driven product and satisfaction to the customers.

Anther strength was that they have partnership with original engine manufacturers that the organization adapting  to the high tech oil production for the  high technology engine. It’s make very effective  impact on the marketing and satisfaction of customers.

The Castrol company has passengers car engine oil business, which represented 75% of the total profit focused to prospect of more efficient engine oil supplies, Castrol has strong brand loyalty for all .It’s innovative product are very successful for developing world position

The weakness also occur In the internal factors of the organization  that lead the organization decreasing the  profit that for Castrol has some lack belief internal and external and possibility time limited opportunity as a result of oil industry consolidation A

Also, Castrol facing the suffering of business of some locations because of the  dominant culture of the  passengers and the  reduce in share price of Castrol.

Another part of the SWOT analyses factor is  opportunity that showing pat for  the organization to achieve the goal and objectives that lead from the external environment. If Castrol uses the opportunity in best way that will lead of the market share . The opportunities are  the strategic revive identified underling theme of industrial marketing and quality service as the core competence of the successful chemical business .Also, the extension of oil business all over the world and lunch of more flexible price policy to compete the main rivals.

Threat is very affective  factor in affecting the organization profit and the long run of the organization that occurring from the external factors .It’s has to catch up  correctly by the  management then only company will lead the long run of the competitive market environment. That environmentally unsound policies due to oil and toxic spills that effect the  market and production  because they have to save the environment that make the cost of the company Another one is cooperate station that also make the threat for the market activities, share price was dull down that main affect for the company profit .it’s make the strategies changes in the market position and the segmentation.
