State Farm need to be where their clients’ are, otherwise, they will miss customers. With that being said State Farm has decided to change locations. This new change will help grow the company and help many more people gain the benefits that State Farm has to offer. We are excited about this new change and will help all our employees with the new transition. There are many feelings we understand. Some may be against the change and others for it. The mangers and others from upper management are all here to help and make the transition as painless as possible.
To The Supervisory Team of State Farm Insurance
Your continued commitment in spirited pursuit for the success of State Farm Insurance is the reason the company has maintained the unmatched business culture success. For this reason, we are ranked the insurance company of the year; all of which is attributed to the professionalism, talent, and commitment of all of you. As noted in the past three months, the nationwide best image has widened our market and the overwhelming responsibilities have not only created the need for increased task force but also the dire need for a more spacious office to accommodate our growing staff population and to enhance our operations.
The good news is that we have found a beautiful new location and have signed a lease!
The new home away from home is located in the Central Business Division, 309 Bloomington one and a half kilometers from Illinois Wesleyan University and two blocks away from the train station. The HR director will email everyone further details. Work commences in the new office on May 1, 2016.
