Change Proposal

Introduction

It’s necessary that organizations throughout the world have change management in order to be successful and maintain in the market. Change management is known as a function within the business and it is increasingly important, because it gives organizations the drive to be optimizing the business in an effective balance with meeting the demands and change their bottom line (Leban, & Stone, 2008). Change management is used when an organization is prepared to make a change with will allow the transition to process smoothly.

Kudler Fine Foods (KFF) organization has no exception to the change management and they are in need of this function program. KFF decided to make changes to their overall patterns of work, and now are concentrating on other aspects of operation; such as their sales department that will benefit from this program tremendously as a whole organization and will be an overall change for the company. The supervisors of operations of the sales department in KFF are operated by between two to four managers that midlevel managers supervise them.  

Within the department, there have been issues that have arisen in relation to management and the positions in sales. To maintain balance in the sales department change must occur so that there is a level of respect and authority among all supervisors within the department of the organization. The organization needs to have quality management in order have the business run smoothly.  Kudler Fine Foods needs to stay competitive in the market as this is a main key to success.  In order for KFF to have long lasting financial success, they must mane effort to preserve their quality along with customer satisfaction.  

Program for Change Management

The program for change management will allow Kudler Fine Foods to assure that the change is appropriately managed and will help the work efficiency. Before the change management program is in effect in the organization, all senior agents will need to be informed so that they can review the change management program. The company will allow the senior agents within the organization to review and approve the program for change with the top managers.  

Need for Change

Any organization in business will need to understand the change management program to assure that the work being performed is high quality compared to the old process that was used before the change was implemented.   KFF has a situation on hand within their sale department that is not properly working and change is essential in order for the department to succeed in the future.  

Midlevel managers give KFF confidence to the organization that the change will bring success. In order for the department to be successful they will need to improve and increase their work levels so that sales will increase.  The situation is currently not at a satisfactory level, and the performance activities are decreasing. KFF has the need to increase their activities level to a higher level.  The organization knows that it’s important that they guarantee the changes that will take effect will be properly incorporated.
