I, as a consumer, describe my experience as a consumer starting from the needs, uses, and brand orientation. Brands represent the price, quality, and impact on producers, for example I tend to be loyal brands of products as flat as Bata, because at a price that is still affordable, it proves the quality is good, and it is a domestic product as long as I know. The main reason for buying something is the need, budget, and affordability of the product.
The type of relationship with me with the product is dependent on the value of use in the product in this case shoes, while still as a student, the need for shoes depends on the increase in the level of education being undertaken, but after work tends to be more free and flexible. whereas with producers / sellers, there is no special bond just as a buyer and seller, because I focus more on the product.
The thing that in my opinion can make me feel dissatisfied is price mismatch with quality, price mismatches advertised with actual prices, unfriendly service. while what can make me satisfied is the opposite, the key is honesty in building relationships with consumers and providing the best service to consumers.
In my opinion the meaning of a product is the use value possessed by the product.
I have said before for this shoe product, I tend to be brand oriented, namely "Bata”.

I, as a consumer, will buy goods in this case the shoe depends on the needs, then look for items of good quality, models that suit taste, affordable prices, and finally the brand.
When I got the shoes, I will use them as long as they have use value, unless there are other needs / new or already bored. I am more comfortable dealing with the seller as a partner, I hope that a good relationship with the seller / producer can provide more benefits for me, both price discounts, main services, and others.
