Our performance in T20 world cup has shown what we are capable of performing. This has all possible due to concentrated efforts of partners, players and sponsors. We are now focused on improving the domestic cricket structure of Nepal.
A regime change at the Cricket Association of Nepal has led to the adoption of a more professional approach to development. Greater sponsorship and more focused domestic competitions have been the result. We have already completed the works of national academy and are currently working for the development of international level stadiums at major locations of the country. We strive to improve the standard of National Cricket Tournament which is the back bone of our cricket strength. For domestic cricket we have 8 regional teams and 2 institutional teams. All the players associated with us are divided equally into these teams with each team comprising of 16 players and one coach. Each team goes through rigorous training and practice sessions to develop their strength. Hence making our domestic cricket competitive and strong.
