Final Strategic Plan
Many businesses try to seek out and cater to one specific group. At Pulp we are reaching out to all of the community with the purpose of enlightening them that good for you juices are also pleasing to the palate. We want to make the person of the surrounding neighborhood that frequent Pulp proud to say that our business is a great place to hangout, have good products and helps the local farmers buy buying there produce. To do this, we must develop our mission statement and vision, know the customers values as well as our own, and create a SWOTT analysis and a balanced scoreboard.

Strengths:
-Low barriers to entry
-Nearly everyone is one a diet
-High gross Margins
-Small business; limited staff
Weaknesses:
-Competitors can offer similar products
-Limited pricing flexibility
-Limited menu items; not enough choices
-High product transportation costs
-Variable profit margins Opportunities:
-Possible continued expansion; new locations added
-Build relationships with community and vendors
-Development of additional products with growth

-Location; the wrong location could be detrimental
