As the demand for electronic components decrease then the sales for automatic test equipment also drop. However during times when there is a down market side it is the strength of a company’s strategic planning sees them through. This paper will attempt to provide the best strategic plan for “Rg Innovations” to enter into the market at this time and realize growth through its strategic planning.

Located in the California, Rg Innovations is a design and manufacturing company that provides Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), specializing in gate resistance, gate charge, and inductive load technologies for the semiconductor industry. Rg Innovations clientele includes Fairchild Semiconductor Power Management and Mobile Communications, Hanna Semiconductor, International Rectifier, Carsem Semiconductor just to name a few.

Rg Innovation’s commits itself to support in leading edge technologies for advancements in component reliability. Technologies are rapidly evolving and Rg Innovations has positioned itself towards the advancements of commercial applications and quality assurance of test and measurement tools that support today’s information society.
