Abstract

A leader can articulate a vision and inspire others to not only understand the vision, but want to become part of it. A leader is a person that other people would want to follow. Leadership is the ability to influence or inspire others to achieve shared goals. Leadership is not about gender, position, race, or ethnic background, but rather it is about those qualities and potentials located within individuals and how to cultivate them. Most leaders are not famous as they lead from where they are and often without recognition or fanfare.

The key objective of this paper is, firstly, to develop a profile of my personality characteristics and assessment results. Secondly, I will summarize the results of the assessments I completed for homework in week 1. Thirdly, I will also analyze how attributes/scores speak to my relationships and career choice. Attached to this paper is my complete Self-Assessment score sheet.
