Our case aims at explaining some of the strategic aspects in concern with one of the leading websites specialized in helping user search about different type of information they need.
In this case we tried our best to show the strategic angles for Google search engine, taking into consideration their different business models, their competitive forces and key success factors, also we did a SWOT analysis to find their major opportunities and threats and to analyze their financial performance in comparison with their rivals.
The following questions will be discussed in further details in our study:
