Introduction
Nowadays, there are nail salons in London, which show us that small markets play an important role in serving local community. In this competitive business, it is important for small markets to foster consumer’s trust and maintain the edge.
- Industry analysis
We have decided to set up a manicure and pedicure business because it is popular and fashionable. We believe that our service will have a high rate of success because of providing good quality and reasonable prices. Our marketing plan is expected to obtain financing in amount of 450 pounds to begin work and cover expenses after one month of activities. We do not expect to make a huge profit in first month, however we suggest that at least we should be able to be profitable . Our service is a small home business which has a lot of competitors such as Tranquility Nail and Beauty Salon, Hula Nails, Lost in Beauty. However, our main competitors are Russian salons such as VA salon because our main customers are Russian.
