It is our great pleasure to learn the new concept called appreciative inquiry (AI) in EPSW course .With the application of AI, we believe that we will improve our leadership and organization behavior in our work practice
Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. In the class, we indentified our four core values as “sense of accomplishment, sense of responsibility, innovation and customer focus”. The purpose of this paper is to suggest how to set up these four core values through Leadership based on Celestica’s management survey.

What’s a sense of accomplishment?
Sense of accomplishment is the deep proud felling from employees once they accomplish some difficult assignment successfully and lead some positive impacts
As for a wiser leader, he or she needs to create a sense to accomplishment to sustain real collaboration and partnership affectively at work.
Why we need leadership to create sense of accomplishment?
Most management persons in Celestica Company would agree that feeling a sense of achievement is a very powerful motivator. Leaders can help motivate their employees, improve employee satisfaction and increase productivity by setting up programs that will allow that to happen.
Most Employees have a need to accomplish something worthwhile in their lives, and managers can use this psychological need to their advantage. If managers are successful in this goal, they will see their employees more interested and enthusiastic than before. The challenge lies in increasing the frequency of these opportunities.
How we use leadership to create a sense of accomplishment?
Firstly, managing persons need to form the habit of appreciating intelligence and thinking positive instead of negative. Under this leadership, employees are more confident in their abilities and are more loyal to work tasks. In the end, they have a sense of accomplishment when they have a distinct achievement
Secondly, Motivation is an essential responsibility of a Leadership and which reflected leaders use the motivation to create a sense of accomplishment. Celestica leaders use the motivation such as money and no money motivation to increase sense of the accomplishment.
