One of the items we will talk corresponds to the spoken and discussed in class at work Week 2 which one of the issues is Providers in the pharmaceutical industry performance time delivery, in the book Trust, control and risk: a test of Das and Teng framework for Pharmaceutical buyer-supplier relationships, tells us that, this study investigates how confidence, control and the risk to empirically test the theory Das and conceptual framework of the theory of Teng in an agreement long-term supply after a qualitative study of context. The results suggest that only three proposals were not compatible model.

In addition, the output control undermines the goodwill and trust between the supplier and the customer so the theory proves Das and Teng theory. Trade theory of trust is positively related to risk-taking performance. The keywords are risk control and confidence that come to such concepts link in a management partnership (Das & Teng, 2001).

The other concept or topic touched in class and which will be making a brief reference is the concept of improving providers in the pharmaceutical industry performance time delivery which the author tells us that Benchmarking is a systematic comparison of the elements of performance in a company which is subject to review by means of surveys filled out forms, and reports to find out how healthy this company.

An important part of the "plan" is the stage called the phase of selection of suppliers that are benchmarking partner (Lau et al., 2005). This is certainly one of the most important factors for success. From the selection of one Caliphate and reliable supplier is the key to success. The selection of suppliers is increasingly recognized as a critical decision in the management of the supply chain (Dahel, 2003; Millington et al., 2006).
