In today’s competitive world, for any business, whether small or big, needs to run conveniently and accomplish the targets and objectives, which it set forth for itself. To make this happen, they must follow the four management concepts that let them to take power of the firm’s fortune. These four concepts of management: planning, organizing, directing and controlling can lead to the formation of a unified business entity, which smoothly defines its possible goals.

Planning signifies establishing a system or technique that has worked out previously to carry out a goal. It consists of formulating targets and objective and then producing a strategy to meet and evaluate those goals and targets. Organizing means arranging an organized, functional, and structural whole. When someone thinks of managing, they think of the leading first because it is the human side of managing. Leading includes motivating, training, guiding and directing the employees. Controlling is the last principles of management. It means minimizing, regulating and overpowering. (Fire officer, principles, 2010)

Enterprises started to improve their management functions to stay in today’s competitive market. To survive many successful companies, use sophisticated planning that includes the use of better technologies and outsourcing. As industry is turning into more challenging and expansions in technologies are rapid, the control function of management alters with the changes in the organization. Since the companies are growing the control becomes tougher and as processes within the organizations advances and becomes more complex control also becomes more sophisticated. Control is primarily based on the functions of the company and processes within.
