1. What method of idea generation have you used?

Attribute listing

• List features of a product and improve each and every feature one-by-one.

• We take a basic product like cable extension and list out the features which can be improved as follows

A. Wires can get damaged or cut on prolonged clutter

B. Even a little movement causes the connection to break and needs to be adjusted frequently

Morphological analysis

• Breaks down a system, product or process into its essential sub-concepts,

A. Stack of individual wire holding units rather than laying them side by side as a normal for individual flexibility of systems

B. Making the wires for each unit independent of each other

2. How did you implement the method?

We will list down all the products that are close to the features of our product or in other case we will find all the products which have close to similar features and implementations. By using the Clip-It product we can help prevent the wires from bending and cutting as the wires would be bundled into a clip, this will help us in solving the problem of wires getting damaged and also will help the unnecessary cluttering of wires around.

With the help of Stack it, we can have we can use it for multiple purposes. Any device that requires wires can use this device and multiple devices can be stacked easily. Thus we can have many devices but using only device i.e. Stack-It we can again free up space in room.

3. Why did you use this method?

We used these methods because these were the most pertinent to the product or solutions that we need to come up with. We have to follow a step by step approach. There are a few products already in market but none of them fully solves the problem.hence we first listed down all the problems faced from our own experience and came out with all the
