Vision and Mission

Our company’s vision is to provide the best service, quality, professionalism and on time, resulting in happy and satisfied end users. And our mission is to exceed each customer expectation in each service. That is doing what is more than expected.

What to offer

Our Online Shopping System (OSS) is a system which makes convenience on time and man power for both supermarket and customers. The supermarket can reduce man power in the supermarket but at the same time increase their sales. The customers can reduce time to go to the supermarket to buy things and do not need to queued up for the payment.

Target market

Our target market is selective due to in our first stage, we will firstly aim at large-scale supermarket(s) in Macau. For the time-being, there are total 4 dominant supermarkets in Macau which are Royal, ParkNshop, Tai Fung and Sanmiu supermarkets.

Opportunity

For the time being, Macau has no online shopping available, our business is oligopoly, as we are the first one, we can sign contract with the 4 main dominant supermarkets to ensure our market share in Macau.

How the product functions

Before starting online shopping, the first thing need to do is to register an account in the system. Customers only need to give basic information like name, address, contact and basic credit card information. The address column can add up to 10 different addresses which convenient people who want to send goods to different locations like for example, office or friend’s home etc.

Then online shopping can begins, people can choose which supermarket they want to shop in and all their products are shown on the internet, it supports a real time stock record so customers can know which products are out of
