For this project, we decided to work in a group of three. We give our team a unique name called Golden Triangle Consulting. The personal and contact information of each member of our group are listed below.

The organization that we will examine is Guangson Consulting in Great Vanvouver. A broad range of services that Guangson Consulting provide include Visa, immigration, settlement, insurance and travel. Their primary target clients are international students and their families. In order to get adequate information to complete this project smoothly, we are going to do both primary research and secondary research. For primary research, we are going to conduct interviews with Guangson’s employees and clients (current and potential). Moreover, we will try our best to communicate with their managers, and hopefully to get adequate internal documentations regarding Guangson’s performance and financial status which they didn’t make public. For secondary research, we will use the information they post on their website and look for other secondary information regarding Guangson’s competitors and/or complementary companies in order to get a better understanding of Guangson’s SWOT to be able to identify their main OT issues.
