Students are required to complete ALL the three (3) tasks below:
(a) Task 1: Individual Assignment (10%)
You are required to draft a self-reflection journal for yourself. In the journal, you are supposed to clearly identify your strengths and weaknesses and explain your personal objectives and how you can practically and realistically achieve those objectives and goals postulated in your reflective journal. (1,000 words)
Objectives:
This is an action based task and is specifically designed to assist students’ personal and professional development. Students are expected to actively develop themselves in this course and the reflective journal must bear evidence to this. Students are expected to convincingly demonstrate the strategies usurped for their personal development in addressing their weaknesses and evidence of measurement improvement. Marks will be awarded to the practicality and relevance of the strategies executed by students for their personal improvement.

(b) Task 2: Group Assignment (10%)
Human Communication skills and sociology are an essential component of a productive workplace, allowing employees to work together cohesively and professionally in today’s modern society.
Choose any topic that reflect the importance of human communication skills, the impacts and implication on today’s society.
