Process Design Matrix and Summary
When developing ANYTHING from concept to actual implementation, the process design is key in that it determines the workflow, equipment needs, and implementation requirements needed to bring the idea to fruition. To this end, there are several tested and proven approaches that methodically and efficiently facilitate the delivery of particular goods and services to the end user (Jacobs & Chase, 2011).
I have a friend that manages a local Venezia’s Pizza who asked me to help him with some marketing. Through this venture, I was able to examine not only the process design to the service I’ve provided but also the process design for the products his restaurant is providing.
Process Design Approach
As a project manager, I quickly learned the value of individuality and distinction when it comes to customer service. The Personal-Attention Approach is very apropos to meeting the needs of the client through the development of an individual, personalized relationship. For those customers who enter the actual store, glass display cases offer a wide variety of pre-made specialty pizzas along with fresh, natural ingredients scattered throughout the display. This creates a visually compelling display designed to further entice the customer.
Strategy
It doesn’t matter if a business is providing goods or services; strategy is vital in connecting to and establishing a relationship with customers. For the marketing company, it is important to provide customers with a sense of connection and individuality. Customers will want to know that not only do you understand
