Internet Café is across the globe assist people with access to the World Wide Web and different computer programs for schools, businesses, or pleasure. The café is currently available to the public operating during restricted times. Team A has created NetJava, the 24-Hour Internet Café of the 21st century. NetJava will operate on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year basis. This café encounters a population of varying styles, wants, needs, and demand and will eventually result in chains across the globe. NetJava will have a multitude of features such as food/snacks, drinks, and a variety of spaces for its customers and their needs, both single individuals and groups.
This paper will define the market needs and planned growth of a 24/7 Internet Café. The paper will perform an SWOT analysis, which according to Kotler and Kelly, “can develop specific goals for the planning period in a process called goal formulation” (2007, p. 30). Therefore, the team must understand the businesses competition, define, and identify the product offered. As a final point, Team A will explain its justification for the 24-hour Internet Café and its variety of services.
Market Needs
The rapid growth of the Internet and online services, seen worldwide, is only the tip of the iceberg. Internet Café’s are becoming something that everyone are turning to for some time away from home to do schoolwork, meet with customers or friends, or to hold a business meeting in a more relaxed environment. The need for 24-hourr Internet Cafes are growing because more people and students are trying to find ways in there with busy lives to complete work or just to relax and have a good time with friends. with these cafes, they can do so.
Market Growth
With the potential growth of the Internet being so enormous, a computer with online connection will be as common and necessary as a telephone. In the next 5 - 10 years, Internet Service Provider market will experience a growth with the customer loyalty that these cafes bring to cities around the area. The market growth that one of these Internet Cafés can bring to a town or city can rapidly spread to neighboring towns and cities and help the economy. In addition, it will bring in jobs for people in the area who need employment.
