Research Methodology:
The data are collected through questionnaires, given to samples from different educational institutions, companies, and factories that carried out management, administration, education, and training activities. The research population reaches the number of 181, which draws an unbiased picture of the research topic.
Multiple regression analysis:
Multiple regression is used, in this case, to show the relationship between the dependent variable “I am satisfied with the relationship between staff and management in my company” and other six independent variables include “Communication between staff and managers in my company is easy and convenient”, “Managers show respect to staff”, “Managers are always ready to instruct and help staff enthusiastically”, “Managers fairly and transparently solve employee's problems”, “Managers fairly evaluate employee's job performance”, and “Staff totally believes in their managers”. There are two hypothesis testing:
H1 : There are a positive relationships between variables of “Communication between staff and managers in my company is easy and convenient”, “Managers show respect to staff”, “Managers are always ready to instruct and help staff enthusiastically”, “Managers fairly and transparently solve employee’s problems”, “Manager fairly evaluate employee’s performance” and “Staff totally believes in their managers”, and the dependent variable of “I am satisfied with the relationship between staff and management”.
H2: The variable “I am satisfied with the relationship between staff and management” is well explained and predicted by the independent factors.
Independent variables:
Rm1: Communication between staff and managers in my company is easy and convenient.
Rm2: Managers show respect to staff.
Rm3: Managers are always ready to instruct and help staff enthusiastically.
Rm4: Mangers fairly and transparently solve employee’s problems.
Rm5: Managers fairly evaluate employee’s performance.
Rm6: Staff totally believes in their managers.
Dependent variable:
Js5: I am satisfied with the relationship between staff and management.
