At Riordan Manufacturing every job is an important aspect of the company. The company

wants to take a further look at their customer service department and the materials engineer

department. These two departments are an important part of the company each has their own way

of handling customers and products. Some organizations do not know how much their

customers appreciate a business that has a good customer service department. Developing a good

customer service department helps a company to be successful in several ways. If a company

does not have a good customer clientele the success of the business will always be indefinitely.

However, Michael Riordan knows a good customer service department will help the company to

remain productive in sells. When a company has trained employees who provide fantabulous

service to customers, more products will be sold. Riordan Manufacturing knows using a

customer-focused team approach will help the company advance in selling products. Customer

service associates at Riordan Manufacturing are responsible for handling guest complaints and

compliments, returning merchandise to shelves, accepting returns and exchanges, refunding

money and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
