Prepare a list of all technology outsourcing projects that Riordan Manufacturing could potentially implement offshore.

Riordan Manufacturing Offshore Projects
Riordan is a manufacturing company producing high tinsel strength plastic, and is listed as afortune 1000 company. The founder and chief executive officer wants to open another plant outside china. The problem with this is cross culture boundries. In wanting to build another plant elsewhere opens the door to the prospect of outsourcing. The problem does he outsource locally or regionally? Solution to this problem is to outsource locally for managers with bilingual and multilingual abilities. That way the manager can go to the location where the new plant will be built and hire locals solving the problem of cross culture boundaries in linguistics. The next problem is to visit local laws involving building, employment and communications.
Once choice has to be made by the President of the Company. He has to decide wheter or not to hire contractors for the construction of the building, or a designer to design the building and handle the contractors for construction? If he decides to hire the contractors then these three companies are listed in the top ten contruction corporations:
