Description of Business, Product/Service, and Customers:

Blue’s Tacos is a solid small business fast food taco restaurant. A variety of quality meats such as beef, fish, crab, shrimp, and pork will be served. As stated above it is a small business so the amount of staff will be minimal to aid operations. Blue’s Tacos will have approximately 4 employees and seats a maximum capacity of 70 customers. Our objective is to provide an ambiance of being on the beach of Baja Mexico eating at a taco hut. That is why we are choosing a location near the water; prime targeted region is Long Beach, CA primarily in the Belmont Shore area. This location is ideal because it is a marina type area close to the beach and sand.

Mission Statement:

At Blue’s Tacos all guest are welcomed, everyone will receive the up most care in service. Our staff is professional quick and caring with outstanding customer service. Blue Taco’s is a quick stop to vacation without having to travel far. We want to seize every opportunity to thank every single guest that we have the pleasure of serving. We pride ourselves in serving the most delicious taco’s that surely beat the cost to enjoy them. We will always ensure that our food is of the highest quality with fresh ingredients. Keeping cost fair and still earning a profit, Blue’s Tacos can give back to the community that we serve; always trying to make a difference to improve quality of life.

Organization Vision:

Researching the leading corporations in the world such as Marriott International; they are a top of the hospitality industry. Marriott’s vision is to be the best in the world for the hospitality industry. They also stated that they would accomplish their vision by utilizing their very own spirit to serve culture. For the majority of businesses or corporation, their vision is to be the world’s best or leader in their respective field. Which is something I want for Blue’s Tacos; as a small business it is abundantly difficult to accomplish this especially in the beginning stages of Blue’s Tacos. Corporation such as Marriott International and Company’s such Raytheon have been around for approximately 85 to 90 years. They constantly embraced change that probably assisted them in their vision.
