Omron’s mining corporation is a new and innovative mining company. Omron mining is dedicated to bringing mining to the highest quality. Omron mining company is considered to be the best mining company around. Mining safety is the most important role for Omron. An internal and external analysis will be conducted to determine the factors that have an impact on the success of the mining company. A Swott analysis will also be conducted to determine the strengths and weaknesses of Omron mining company.  

Swott Analysis

When conducting a Swott Analysis will require Omron mining Company to answer several questions on the strengths and weaknesses of the company and then make an assumption of those answers to thoroughly evaluate the company and make necessary adjustments to the company to make the mining company a very productive one.

Legal and Regulatory

The legal and regulatory implications of running a mining company are very complicated. There are many laws and regulations that a mining company must follow. Certain mining laws include:  

National Environmental Policy Act that includes an interdisciplinary approach to making decisions, and the Clean Air Act that sets air quality standards the list can go on and on, just to name a few( Federal Environmental Laws that Govern U.S. Mining, 2012) . There are also laws that forbid mining in certain areas and heavily enforced.

Social

The age of technology has brought about so many changes in society. With the advent of social networking sites companies are able to get their product advertised and marketed in many more ways than in the past. Sites like Google + and Facebook have made it possible for companies to advertise and market their company for a cheaper price rather than using an advertising company. Mining companies are very competitive so using social networking as a way to advertise the Omron mining company is one way to get noticed.

Technology

Technology in today’s mining is far more advanced. Technology delivering cost saving, improved productivity and safety helps make for a productive and environmentally sound mining company. There is a list of 12 technologies that will be used for Omron mining company and we can start with robotics, mobile internet just to name a few (12 technologies set to transform mining, 2013).  So you see technology can influence the production of mining for Omron.

Culture

Omron mining attracts different people from many cultures. Different cultures will work for Omron whether they come from local or from other states. Deep rooted cultural issues can jeopardize mining companies, but at Omron cultural differences will be worked out with the CEO and amongst senior managers.
