Daily we see more and more headlines relating to Internet crimes; "Tackling cybercrime: guidance on sharing Internet data", "Companies fight Endless War Against computer Attacks", and "Internet rape Case Jolts Wyoming City". Just a few weeks ago various newspaper, online blogs, and magazines reported Googles shutdown in China due to widespread spying originating there. It is concerning that an organization or individual may be spying on, tampering with, or preparing to inflict damage on America electronic network. While as of September 20, 2009 74.2% of Americans are reported as using the Internet to provide faster and better ways to communicate and transfer data across the world. There is also the dark or destructive part of the Internet called cybercrime.

What is Cybercrime?

Cybercrime is a criminal activity done using a computer or the Internet. It has its origin in the growing dependences on computers in modern life where everything from electrical power plants, nuclear power plants and purchases are being run by computers.
