Some people actualized themselves through the work, such as raising pays and promotion, expectations, dreams, plans, and ambitions.

In contrast, volunteering is not a substitute for paying work; it is most often done in addition to earning a living. Most people join volunteer because they can use their skill to benefits others, do something good for other, improve interpersonal skills, and making friends. After that, most volunteers will see the world differently after their time away with nonprofit organizations. Volunteers will get pleasure and fulfillment during the volunteering.
