Introduction

As the companies continue to venture into the global market, their activities will continue to be more complex day per day. Their activities will be complex and so will be the resources needed. For this reason, the human resource managers will continue evolving. The human resource managers were originally conceived as to be concerned with hiring of the personnel and their payments. This is not the case nowadays. Their function now closely aligns with the strategic plan of the company. In order for the department of human resource to be fully accredited its due respect, its managers need to heed to the challenges of lacking power, balancing the employees and the workers and being able to handle the workforce in hard circumstances.

It is a general view that as the organizations continue to flourish, there are some factors of the human resource that will be changed. Human Resource Management has been influenced by a various of trends that include globalization, ethical issues, the demographics of the workforce, the changes in technology, and pressures to proof that its members add value to the company.

This paper discusses these factors as they apply to the evolving future of human resource practice. Their influence, both positive and negative, on nestle company is also analyzed and the risks that the company stands incurring if these changes are not adopted to the nestle companies.

Influence on the Future HRM

Globalization can be defined as the act of the company to venture outside its home country boundaries. Most companies have undergone multi-nationalization and internationalization. This has also brought new challenges to the human resource managers. Initially, the companies have to deal with sourcing for the right employees for the right job. However, that was in a small local scale. Now the human resource managers have to align the human resource management with the business strategy, they have to build change and lead it, together with building global cooperate culture. It is, therefore, expected that as the time goes, more challenges related to labor acquisition and talents will be higher. Nestle company has to compete globally for the talents (Cordner, 2014).

The ways in which the traditional human resources were managed has been completely changed by the changes in the technology. The new technology has seen the usage of the payrolls and the information systems, something that lacked in the past. The new technology can be handled efficiently and through better technology. Activities like e-learning web recruiting are the new talks in the human resource management as they have grown
