What is Success?

Have you ever had a huge dream that you put all your might and strength into? Some people have dreams to get everything they ever asked for handed to them and other like myself just want to succeed in one enormous challenge. My biggest and most important dream in life is to be successful in nursing school. Today I'm going to explain how the word successful represents my dreams in life. Successful means to accomplish or achieve one's goals. Today my dreams are actually a goal to accomplish nursing school with high grades, to achieve a certification in the nursing field, and to help others in need while supporting myself financially. Successful is a huge part of everyday life, who doesn't want to succeed?

What really does successful mean? If you think that being successful means being rich, you will never be truly happy. "Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful" –Albert Schweitzer. You should focus mainly on your happiness before you start making money. I would rather be happy and poor than be miserable and rich. Eventually my goal is to finish nursing school and have a family. I will be doing something I love and surrounded by the people I love. That, to me, would make me the happiest. When you are successful, it brings you happiness and makes you strive to do even more! Have you ever completed a task that you had doubts about as to if you could even bare the challenge? Those are the times in life that successful should mean the most to you. When I accomplish this dream of mine that is so enormous I can't even picture it, I will be so proud of myself. Some people just want the glory and honor of doing something good but I want to prove to myself I can achieve and succeed in anything I want.
