Most of the people in their hearts want to give orders. They want to have a power on people. I would say its call of nature to be in a top priority. I' am not an exception. As every modern person I would like to have such priority till exact period of time, because everything has its own end. You as a manager or maybe boss, should also understand it, therefore we all will have or already has own period of time in which we will be able to show ourselves. As William Shakespeare said once: "The whole world is a theatre, and people in it are the actors."
To play your role you have to be specially skilled and experienced, it depends on the role you play, in this article I would like to tell you about skills and qualities that boss should have. There are a lot of characteristics that good boss should have. However I' am able to highlight the most common aspects of the boss.
First of all if you will be the boss, you have to be the person of the integrity. People have not only eyes, but also they are able to feel. It may be very strange to nowadays environment, but if we will look deeply on the human beings, we will find that human it's a creature which leads by its own feeling. Sometimes it helps us, but sometimes not. Simply thing that you should remember, that it doesn't means in what position are you, it's very important the way you deal with your colleagues, may be once you will depend on somebody you communicate with later.
