Childhood is the happiest time of a person’s life

There is no doubt that people live happily throughout their lives. However, most people still think that childhood is the happiest time of a person’s life, and I definitely agree with this statement. During this period a child’s life is simple and easy, he doesn’t have any responsibilities and doesn’t think about other’s opinion.

It is true that children’s life is so effortless. Their only necessity is going to school and doing homework. They don’t have to worry about anything except for games. Take the case of my little sister, Ann. Sometimes I get really jealous of her simple lifestyle. Her daily routine usually consists of waking up, going to school, returning home to play with her toys and getting ready for bed. She doesn’t have to think about the future, applying to universities or finding a job. That’s the beauty of the childhood.

Furthermore, no child has a responsibility. There is nothing to care about, nothing to try to achieve. They don’t have to do everyday duties and chores, whereas adults struggle with it consistently. For example, I remember playing with my doll Barbie all the time when I was a child. Moreover, I always invited my friends to come over to sing songs, dance and dress up like models, while at this moment my poor older sister, Hannah, had to clean up the mess after us, do the dishes and cooking.

Lastly, other’s opinion doesn’t matter to children. Their minds are free from peoples’ judgement.

They don’t worry about anything, whereas adults are usually afraid of doing something because of people’s thoughts. To illustrate this I’ll take as an example my little sister once more. Yesterday she went to school in bright pink shorts and green T-shirt, which is not suitable for her institution. Our mom tried to change her clothes, but Ann was stubborn. In the end, she left the house dressed up like that and never looked back.

To summarize, childhood is definitely the most remarkable part of a person’s life. At this age our expectations from life are simple, there are no responsibilities and we don’t care about anything.
