People evaluate individuals in different ways. One of the most common ways of evaluating people is observe by the first impression. When meeting a person for the very first time eye up and down and the mind appear to sense thoughts of the individual. According to (Morris & Maisto, 2005) when two people meet for the first time, both individuals notice the outside characteristics- clothes, gesture, manner of speaking, tone of voice he or she use, appearance, hair style, color of eyes, environment, is there chemistry attraction, and so on. The first impression of cues, individuals assigns the person a ready-made category.

Evaluating people involves conviction with opinion about the person. However, the inevitable of individuals evaluate people may be according to the atmosphere, vibes feelings, and impression. Some people talk in a condescending way, and some people are naturally soft-spoken. The way people communicate affects how he or she is evaluating by others. Evaluating a person in terms of communication relates with verbally, physically, and nonverbal aspects. According to (Morris & Maisto, 2005) a stereotype is a set of characteristics, behavior or values to a group or category of people. A stereotype is a schema, which is based on different feature and is applied to race, occupation, physical appearance, sex, place of residence, and membership in a group or organization. People assume, for example, a friendly person is likely to have a good-heart with accepting an invitation from a person or the individual may need a small favor.

Over time people continue to communicate with individuals and information is added about the person behavior or character. This can be from a person belief or a traditional, which may have been taught how to look at a person. People learn to evaluate the environment, set own rules, and build standards and expectations on other people without looking
