1. Introduction

Normally, the way linking leadership and creativity depends on the definitions of them. According to Mccrimmon (2007), in the latest and most popular definition of leadership is that describes leaders as catalysts, facilitators or enablers. This kind of people does not need to be creative in the professional fields. A great number of CEOs nowadays believe managements are required a lot of creativity. Creativity is believed to bring fast and high efficiency decisions. On the other hand, majority leaders that are creative have the skills and ability to check and redesign the business plans and leadership process, and come up with creative ideas to successfully change the management and organization. Depends on McCann (2013), Creative leaders are mostly treated to be inventive and open-minded, they have to encourage creativity inside the management and organization with original ways. On the contrary, the important thing is that needed brining up creativity in the leadership process. “Leaders conceived as the people in charge of groups do need to champion change but they don't need to be the originators of the ideas behind any particular change” ( Mccrimmon, 2007), which means leadership could be creative but the situation is not absolute. For instance, leadership in the management and organization is where creators or designers spend most time, sometimes the stuff are anxious by the difficulty of the leadership problem before them and try to achieve the “break through” goals into the emergency situation when things continue to go further (Piers, 2008). That is why, it is experienced as a kind of ‘feverish excitement’ ( Mccrimmon, 2007) sometimes.

1.1 Creativity and Leadership

As leadership has been described as “a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task " (Chemers, 1997), it can be seen that leaders are like torch light in one management or organization.

Creativity is a phenomenon that has boundary, as Piers (2008) suggested, leaders will face where resistance is happened and sudden things occurred, sometimes creativity could be used for unexpected, awkward or hilarious happens. For example, In the creative industry, it is the director’s job to make sure these accidents happen by preparing imaginative constrains and challenging.
