A leader with different leadership styles is essential in continuous changing environment to meet the goals of the firm. Every leader won’t have all the leadership style but they definitely have the capacity to make other to follow their strategy. Darling and Leffel (2010) stated that the most productive leadership team in an entrepreneurial venture would usually have a balance of individuals who reflect the leadership style of director, creator, connector and analyzer. These leadership styles are very important to achieve the goal for leader. How did this styles developed?Among the four leadership style outlined by Darling and Leffel (2010), Essoka is considered as Creator. According to Darling and Leffel (2010), creator is a person with novel and innovative approaches and is willing to take risks to seize opportunities. A good leader encourages the team to perform to their optimum all the time and drives organisational success with facing different challenges. A Creator’s ability to charm, persuade and inspire people with vision of the future can be a strong motivation. Strong motivation is a key to perform efficient work. Leadership is a quality that is hidden in the personality of a human being. This quality cannot be acquired by any person from the other but it can be acquired by self-determination of a person (&%&%). Leaders throughout the organization are determined through not only their work experience but their valuable leadership styles. In addition to the creator style, Essoka could be described as having a Director style. Directors are focused on the mission and tend to be task-oriented. They have clear vision where they want the organization to go and what they personally want to achieve (Darling & Leffel). Example what was wronge befor he become leader. Then how he helped the company to achieve objective.
