Personality Assessment
I believe the JUNG typology was as accurate as can be, as it said I have a natural tendency to marshal and direct. Which is very true, being a manager of a Juice It Up I tend to have this trait. I’m not strict or hard on my employees, but I am definitely direct and make sure my guys do their job in a fun working environment. Therefore I believe that the test provided a very accurate description of my personality.
The only benefits I see from this type of test are for the individual to gain a better understanding of ones own personality. There are many people out there, including myself who still don’t understand themselves completely, especially because we are becoming new people every few years. I definitely don’t see and advantage for a workplace to use this type of test for new hires. Simply because the person who is applying for the job can answer incorrectly to benefit them for the job description.
I would defiantly recommend this test to my family and friends. It gives a better insight on oneself and gives a better understand on the individual. This was worth my time in taking because I learned more about myself.
